Wilbur is Jack Frehorn's homosexual lover and cohabitee.
Wilbur was not very approving of Jack's love for the occult, and although he had learned to accept his partner's hobby, he would still occasionally criticize him for it.
Wilbur died after being possessed by the Tall Man and shot trough the head by Jack, who presumed he was the latter. Shortly after swearing loyalty to the Tall Man, Jack chopped up Wilbur's body with an axe, and disposed of him.
Jack would later tell Wilbur's friends and relatives that he had moved permanently to France.
